How to Order

Last day to order is Tuesday, March 25th 2008 for the distribution day of Saturday, March 29th 2008.

    Here's how to order:
  1. Go to http://crosstimberscoop.org , click on producer list. From there, you can browse producers and their products.
  2. Copy and paste your order into an email that is addressed to customer@crosstimberscoop.org
  3. Subtotal the amounts.
  4. Add 5% (or .05) to the order for the coop processing fee.
  5. Send email to customer@crosstimberscoop.org or call Wiley at 940 366 9816.
  6. CTFC will verify the order against what is available and send you a receipt by return email.
  7. At this point, payment options are PayPal, personal check, and money order.

    8. - To pay via PayPal:

  8. * Log into your account and click on the send money button.
    9. " The crosstimbers id for payment is membership@crosstimberscoop.org"

    - To pay with check or money order:

  9. * Send a check payable to "Cross Timbers Food Co-op" to Cross Timbers Food Co-op, P.O. Box 444, Denton, Texas, 76202.
  10. * Payment must be *received* (not postmarked) by delivery day.
  11. Come to Hilltop Montessori School on the second and fourth Saturday of the month to pick up your order.

    12. Enjoy!



    Add 5% to the total for the coop processing fee.
    I will send a receipt to verify your order.
